Q: What is the warranty on my diamond jewelry?
A: We offer lifetime warranty on all diamond jewelry against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers issues like loose stones or faulty settings, but does not cover damage from wear and tear.
Warranty also includes a one-time complimentary resizing (items with engraving that are sent for size alterations may be erased and will be subjected to re-engraving charges), lifetime complimentary polishing (polishing refers to ultrasonic cleansing and towel-polishing done on-site) and 50% off re-plating services.
The warranty, along with a care sheet, will be provided with every order.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
